Annecy lake by a late summer day in Saint Jorioz.
View on Annecy lake and Massif des Bauges mountains in Talloires.
An image from the very first days of springtime.
My first image of Talloires, a beautiful and very touristic village on the coast of Annecy lake.
The large "house" you can see under the belltower is a more than 1000 years old abbey and today a 4 stars hôtel known as Talloires Abbey.
Mostly known for the lake and old city, Annecy also has some modern architecture, sometimes just near some very old buildings.
I had a short walk in the streets by a cloudy day of december and ended with a few images i find interesting.
It was a cold and grey autumn sunday. I wasn't inspired by the natural landscape auround my home, didn't want to drive too far, so i went for a city walk in Annecy and ended with a few images of architecture from different ages.
That's the third image of this place i post here.
They were all done in Annecy during the last days of winter with a very beautiful weather. This one during the afternoon, the first one at dusk and the other one at dawn.
I really like this one with sun light on the lake and first moutains and snow in the far background.
In the afternoon, the long exposure was possible only with a dark ND filter like my Hoya ND 400, anoter version with a shorter exposure can be seen here.
A ten days old image done along the lake by a beautiful evening.
All my photos of Annecy and its lake can be seen here.
After some long rainy weeks, the sun is back for a few days and i spent a nice time friday afternoon to complete my collection about Annecy lake.
All these new images have been posted this morning on my website.
If you want to have a look, it's here.
