The sky was done by HDR processing 3 exposures, the sea and ground come from a unique shot.

That rendered beautifully, with no obvious distortion. I would have been worried about that in something as ephemeral as clouds.
Did you take just the clouds themselves or merge right from the horizon? (if you don't mind me asking)

I'm not sure about what you ask exactly.
My camera was on a tripod, programed to take 3 exposures (0,-1,+1) of the same frame in a very short time.
At processing time, i choose one for the gound and sea and blended it with the result of an HDR/tonemapping process applied to the 3 exp.
