Running water in Provence forest

One shot of my most recent hike threw the deep forest around the Chartreuse de la Verne.

Yes the forest is quite unusual here, most of the trees are evergreen (parasol pines, cork trees) only the chestnut trees lose all their leaves in winter.
That's beautiful to see all this green every day of the year but classical autumn shots are a little difficult to do there :); 7 January 2009 at 02:36

Remember those wallpapers from decades ago, when you had an entire wall being some sunset, beach or jungle... I'm gonna make the same, but less totally in your face. I'm gonna have a number of similar canvas prints based on photos of a forest.
