Very cool! This makes me wish we had more of this type of beautiful old architecture here like you have in Europe. I think the HDR technique really lends itself to architecture.. it ends up looking like a super realistic illustration, very graphic, but I like it. This one is really impressive; I'd love to see a jumbo size print of it!
Mark,
If you're looking for some old and beautiful architecture i suggest you to go in Italy. I agree with you about the fact that the HDR technique really fits this kind of shots. Once more it doesn't pretend to be real (this church is really dark) but i think this image is a good representation of what would be this place filled with light.
If you know a 10 mm which doesn't suffers of flare when you have many strong light sources in the image i'm interested :)
In the house of God
I lay me down
I lay me down a prayer
A prayer of love
Love lost love found love forgotten
A prayer divine
I lay me down
At the altar
In the house of God.
